What this means for you
Everything before a package is free, so you see your matches, the price and what is included in full before you pay anything.
A package payment is final once made. Unused applications stay on your account for six months and can be used on any later search in the same lane.
An opportunity that has closed is never unlocked and never costs a credit; you are told, with the official link and the date it was checked.
A duplicate charge, or a charge you did not make, is refunded in full once confirmed.
FF-CRM can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the period already paid.
1. What is free
Creating an account, uploading your CV, the CV analysis and your scored matches are free. Nothing is charged until you choose a package.
2. Applicant packages
A package gives you a number of applications (credits) that you spend by choosing an opportunity to unlock. The price, the number of applications and what is included are shown before you pay.
Payments are final. Because the matches, prices and what is included are shown to you free and in full before you pay, a package payment is not refunded once it is made. You can close your account at any time; unused credits are not paid out in cash.
Before any credit is spent: each chosen opportunity's official page is checked again when you confirm. An opportunity that has closed, been taken down or closes within 7 days is not unlocked and costs nothing.
After an opportunity is unlocked: the credit for that opportunity is used and is not refunded, because the institution, the exact position and the official link are revealed at that moment. If it closes later, you are told with the official link and the date it was checked.
Unused credits stay on your account for six months and can be used on any later search in the same lane.
If we fail to deliver what your package describes, the work is completed.
3. FF-CRM subscriptions (consultancies)
FF-CRM starts with a free trial. After that it is billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time from FF-CRM → Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew. Periods already started are not refunded in part.
4. Duplicate or wrong charges
A duplicate payment, or a charge you did not make, is refunded in full once confirmed. Write to admin@foriforeign.com with the payment reference.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (the same card or account) through our payment provider, usually within 5 to 10 working days after approval, in the currency you paid. Bank or card-issuer charges and exchange-rate differences are outside our control.
6. What is never refunded
Fees you pay directly to universities, employers, visa authorities, test providers or other third parties are between you and them. ForiForeign does not charge for admissions, jobs, visas or permits, and cannot refund a decision made by an institution or authority.
