ForiForeign is operated by ForiForeign.com, a globally working company. It finds and verifies study places abroad and remote jobs with employers abroad, matches them to your CV, and prepares and sends your applications from your own ForiForeign address. All of its help is given online.
ForiForeign is not a law firm, an immigration adviser, a recruitment agency or a government authority. It does not physically deliver, collect, attend or lodge anything for anyone. It does not help with work visas, permanent residence, citizenship or professional licensing.
In the study lane it helps with the student visa only: it prepares your documents and pre-fills your online visa form, and you review and submit the application yourself. In the remote-work lane no visa or relocation is involved; the work is done from where you live. Information about student visas is drawn from official sources linked beside each rule; it is information, not advice, and where a licensed adviser is required by law we say so.
Applications, replies, portal submissions and signatures are yours. When you press Send, the message goes from your address in your name. Every document prepared for you is shown to you first. You are responsible for the truth of what you upload and approve; the platform never produces a false or embellished document, whatever the reason given.
You must be 18 or over, give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You receive an address in your name on forimail.com (for example first.last@forimail.com). It is not a separate mailbox and has no password: mail sent to it arrives inside ForiForeign, where you read it in Mail, and automated systems read it to set your next step.
Applications you approve are sent from it in your name. ForiForeign staff can open it to run and support your applications; every opening is recorded, and this access stays in place while your account exists. You cannot change the address, because it is used in applications already sent in your name. You can pause automated reading and export everything at any time. We never ask for the password of your personal email; the only password the platform can hold is one for a visa or university portal that you choose to connect, stored encrypted (the platform refuses to store it when encryption is not available) and deleted when you disconnect.
What is charged. Searching, your CV analysis and your scored matches are free. You pay once, in US dollars, when you choose a package to apply; the packages and their prices are shown on the Pricing page and in the app before you pay, and local-currency figures are estimates. Fori-Visa is a separate purchase in the study lane, made after an offer letter. A package ends at the offer letter.
Fees are for the online preparation, correspondence and guidance described in the package. They are never for an admission, a job, a visa or a permit. Official fees are paid by you directly to the authority or university.
How to pay, and how it is confirmed. Payment is by card on the card checkout (Safepay), in US dollars, and is confirmed automatically by the payment provider; the package then opens on your account. ForiForeign never sees or stores a full card number.
If a payment cannot be confirmed. You are told in the app. You can try the card again, or write to us at admin@foriforeign.com with the payment reference. Nothing opens on your account until a payment is confirmed.
Credits. Unused case credits stay on your account for six months and can be spent on any later search in the lane their package was bought for (Fori-Basic and Fori-Premium: study; Remotely: remote work). A credit is spent when you choose an opportunity to unlock; starting the case costs nothing more, and once unlocked a choice cannot be swapped. If the platform fails to deliver what you bought, the work is completed.
The platform shows an estimated chance for each case, based on your profile, the posting and verified rules. It is an estimate, not a promise. No platform, agent or adviser can guarantee an admission, a job, a visa or a permit; treat any guarantee as a warning sign.
The assistant on this site gives general information drawn from our published pages and from official sources. It is not legal, immigration or financial advice, it does not assess your individual immigration case, and nothing it says is a promise of admission, employment or a visa. Decisions are made by universities, employers and government authorities.
No worker should pay recruitment fees. The platform flags any posting or offer that asks the applicant for money, and its own charges are never for a job. ForiForeign does not refer applicants to consultancies and never submits a visa application on anyone’s behalf.
You may not use the platform to submit false information, to impersonate anyone, to send unsolicited mail, or for anything unlawful. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or build a competing service from the platform, its rule registry, its verified catalogue or its documents. Accounts that break these rules are closed.
You keep the rights to what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, read and prepare it for your applications. The platform, its software, its rules and its verified catalogue belong to ForiForeign.com.
The platform is provided with reasonable care and skill. In plain words: to the extent the law allows, the most ForiForeign can owe you for any claim is the amount you paid for the package concerned. We are not liable for the decisions of universities, employers or authorities, for fees you pay to them, or for loss caused by information you gave that was not true. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits the consumer rights of the country you live in.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Before any formal step, write to admin@foriforeign.com; most matters are resolved within ten working days. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer or data-protection law of the country you live in.
Consultancies, universities and employers use the platform under the additional terms in the organisation and consent record, which keeps their clients separate from ForiForeign's own applicants.
When these terms change, the date above changes and the app asks you to accept the new version at the next consent point.
