ForiForeign.com is a registered business in Pakistan.
ForiForeign is operated by ForiForeign.com, a globally working company, and all of its assistance is given online. It finds and verifies study places abroad and remote jobs with employers abroad, prepares the applications you choose, reads and organises your correspondence, and guides you to the offer; in the study lane, the same package then carries you through the student visa application process, done with you from your own laptop.
ForiForeign is not a law firm, not an immigration adviser, not a recruitment agency and not a government authority. It does not help with work visas, permanent residence, citizenship or professional licensing, and it never submits a visa application itself: it prepares and pre-fills, and you submit. Information about student visas is drawn from official sources shown next to each rule; it is information, not advice. Where a licensed adviser is required, we say so.
Applications, replies, portal submissions and signatures are yours. When you press Send, the message is sent from your address in your name. If you are the client of a consultancy that uses FF-CRM, that consultancy acts for you with your recorded consent and only within the scope you approved, and it submits on your behalf only where it holds a verified registered-agent licence for that country. ForiForeign itself never submits an application to a visa authority for anyone.
You receive an address in your name on our domain (for example first.last@forimail.com). It is an address, not a separate mailbox, and it has no password. Mail sent to it is stored inside ForiForeign, read by automated systems to set your next step and prepare replies, and shown to you in the app; applications you approve are sent from it in your name. ForiForeign staff can open it to run and support your applications; every opening is recorded, and this access stays in place while your account exists.
You can pause automated reading and export everything at any time. We never create accounts for you with any other provider and never ask for the password of your personal email. The only password the platform can hold is a portal password you choose to connect, handled as set out in section 4.
If you connect your own account on a visa centre, immigration or university portal, ForiForeign signs in as you on the schedule you chose, reads the status page and tells you about changes. The password is stored only in encrypted form; if encryption is not available, the platform refuses to store it. Scope is limited to what you approved, and ForiForeign never submits a visa application for you. A consultancy may connect a portal for its own client; it stays inactive until the client confirms. Disconnecting deletes the stored password.
Documents you upload or receive are stored encrypted, read automatically to check type, dates, expiry and consistency, and used only for your applications. Bank statements, visa papers and other confidential items are stored only if you switch that on. Retention: documents are deleted at the retention date shown in your vault; mail after 24 months unless linked to an open case.
What is charged: searching, your CV analysis and your scored matches are free; you pay once, in USD, when you choose a package to apply; in the study lane, visa application processing after an eligible offer and one Second Chance are included in that same payment, and nothing further is sold. Prices are shown before you pay; local currency is an estimate.
How it is paid and confirmed: by card on the card checkout (Safepay); the payment is confirmed automatically, before anything opens on your account. If a payment cannot be confirmed, you are told and can submit the reference again.
Unused case credits stay on your account for six months and may be spent on any later search in the lane their package was bought for; they end when that period ends.
FF-CRM is one package, USD 49 a month per consultancy, used with the consultancy's own AI key and paid by card (Safepay). The Terms of Service set out the same rules.
A consultancy, university, employer or service partner that works with you sees only what your consent and the platform's scope rules allow; organisations cannot see each other's data; platform staff cannot read organisation client lists.

When a consultancy, university or employer uses ForiForeign, it is the controller of its clients' or applicants' data and ForiForeign is its processor. ForiForeign processes that data only on the organisation's instructions given through the platform, applies the security measures in section 5, keeps a record of processing, assists with data-subject requests through the export and deletion functions, deletes or returns the data at the end of the relationship subject to the retention schedule below, and notifies the organisation of a personal-data breach without undue delay. Sub-processors are listed in section 10; the organisation is told of changes through the platform notice board.
Supabase (database, storage, authentication; region chosen in the platform settings) · Railway (application hosting) · Anthropic, Google and OpenAI (model providers for reading and writing documents; no training on your data under their API terms) · Resend and Cloudflare (email delivery and routing on forimail.com) · your bank, or the card payment provider when card checkout is on (payments you make; ForiForeign records the amount and the transaction reference) · Meta (WhatsApp Business notifications when enabled) · Google (website translation when the person chooses a language). Each receives only what its function needs.
Active accounts: data kept while the account exists. Closed, rejected or withdrawn cases: generated documents and mail bodies deleted after 180 days; an audit line stays. Inactive accounts: documents and personal fields purged after the retention period set in the platform (default 18 months of inactivity) with notice by email. Payments and invoices: kept for the period tax law requires (Pakistan: six years). Consents: kept for the life of the account plus the statutory limitation period, because they are the record of what you agreed to. Deletion requests: completed within 30 days unless a legal retention applies, and confirmed to you.
ForiForeign sets only what the service needs: the session token, your language choice, the dashboard snapshot for speed, and the Google Translate preference when you pick a language. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. Because these are strictly necessary, they are set without asking; you can clear them in your browser at any time. Advertising cookies, if the public pages ever carry advertising, are set only after you allow them in the consent banner - see the Cookie Policy.
ForiForeign is for people aged 18 or over. A person under 18 may use it only with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf and manages the account.
Some countries restrict who may give immigration advice or lodge applications for a fee (for example Australia's registered migration agents, New Zealand's licensed immigration advisers, Canada's RCICs and the United Kingdom's OISC regime). ForiForeign provides information and preparation; it does not give immigration advice and does not lodge applications for a fee. For a consultancy's own clients on FF-CRM, a consultancy that holds such a licence may submit on its client's behalf with the client's recorded consent; the platform records the licence and the consent. ForiForeign does not refer its own applicants to consultancies (section 18(g)).
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Before any formal step, write to admin@foriforeign.com; most matters are resolved within ten working days. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer or data-protection law of the country you live in.
Liability is as the Terms of Service, section 9 state: to the extent the law allows, limited to the amount paid for the package or plan concerned; never for the decisions of universities, employers or authorities; and never below what the law does not allow to be limited.
ForiForeign is not a recruitment agency and does not place workers. It does not help with work visas, labour migration, permanent residence, citizenship or professional licensing.
In line with the ILO general principles on fair recruitment, no worker should pay recruitment fees or related costs. The platform flags any posting or offer that asks the applicant for money.
The platform's own charges are for online preparation, correspondence and guidance. They are never for a job, a visa or a permit.
ForiForeign shows an estimated chance for each case based on your profile, the posting and verified rules. It is an estimate, not a promise. No platform, agent or adviser can guarantee an admission, a job, a visa or a permit; a guarantee is a warning sign. Fees paid to ForiForeign are for the work described in the package or plan, as set out in section 6.
ForiForeign serves applicants directly under its own name, and provides its platform to consultancies as their own back-office software under the consultancy's name. Eight rules keep the two apart honestly.
An applicant package is a single payment for the work described in it; its unused credits stay on the account as set out in section 6. A consultancy can cancel FF-CRM at any time from Team & setup, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. If ForiForeign fails to deliver what was bought, the work is completed.
Route reports, eligibility scores, visa desk assessments and matching are produced from official rules (each linked to its source) and your own answers and documents. They are information to help you decide, not immigration advice, and they do not guarantee any outcome. Immigration advice is a regulated activity in several countries; where the law requires a licensed adviser, we say so. ForiForeign does not refer applicants to consultancies.
The retention schedule in section 11 applies to every account. A consultancy's client records are deleted 30 days after the consultancy cancels. You can request deletion of your account at any time from your Profile; it is completed within 30 days and confirmed in your audit record. Sub-processors are listed in section 10; data is stored in Singapore and transferred under standard contractual clauses.
