Our commitments to consultancies

What this means for you

• If you are a consultancy: your clients are yours. No other consultancy ever sees them, and ForiForeign never contacts them with an offer to switch.
• Platform staff see your client list only as counts and stages, unless you grant time-limited support access yourself.
• You pay your plan and nothing else; ForiForeign takes no share of your commissions.
• If you are an applicant: your file is never attached to a consultancy, and no consultancy can search for or contact you.
• Every answer below names the software rule that enforces it; the legal wording is in the consent record, sections 9, 18 and 21.
